Supporting the Park Manager - the Caretaker will primarily manage and maintain the extensive grounds across a number foreshore parks.
Our CIients operate a number of Tourist Parks along Victoria's rugged Great Ocean Road on behalf of the Department of Environment Water Land and Planning.
The position of Caretaker as been created to support and assist the Management team at their foreshore parks with the day-to-day maintenance and gardening operations and management.
Primarily you will be working outside the office in the grounds, across a number of foreshore parks alongside the park manager. There will also be a requirement to handle some office based duties including check ins / check outs and closing end of day.
We are looking for applications from candidates experienced in caravan park management and maintenance with a love for working outside and a broad range of landscaping and handyman skills. A working and confident knowledge of RMS would also be highly regarded.
The position is full time, on a flexible roster, working 38 hours per week, averaged over the year, to ensure adequate coverage in the busy tourist seasons.
