Our client is a publicly listed Over 50s lifestyle housing development company who own and operate a fast growing group of communities around Victoria.

As a result of this exciting growth they are inviting applications from experienced management couples to manage one of their established flagship communities in Melbourne's North.

This is an onsite Residential position (housing provided) for a couple with the following combination of  skills:

Office Administration: Managing the day to day  operations including general office admin and accounts, organising events catering and lifestyle programmes and initiatives and working closely with the Sales Team.

Maintenance and Facilities Manager:  Managing the maintenance requests  of homeowners, ensuring the delivery of quality services to homeowners  and overseeing the day to day general maintenance  of the community common areas as well as overseeing the maintenance contracts with suppliers.

Naturally underpinning the day to day responsibilities for both roles is the relationship management with the homeowners , communicating positively and effectively and working through all challenges in a friendly, cooperative, understanding and empathetic manner.

The successful candidate will be able to provide an exemplary work history with references and referees who will attest to: 

  • a strong customer service focus
  • great communication skills
  • an ability to build rapport quickly and consistently 
  • strong computer literacy
  • being able to work autonomously and  be self-motivated
  • an ability to quickly pick up new systems
  • experience in a similar management couple role in a related industry (eg resorts, hotels, serviced apartments etc),
