We need experienced couples and individuals who are interested in working on a temporary basis. Numerous positions available now across Australia.
- skilled in managing front office including check-in/outs, taking reservations, handling enquiries.
- customer service focused manner in all areas of contact – face-to-face, phone and social media
- knowledge of reservation system (ie. RMS, Newbook) and ability to monitor internet sites.
- cash handling, financial management, reporting ability.
- strong people skills and the ability to manage staff in a positive manner
- grounds and buildings maintenance experience
