Operations Manager /Park Manager

The Park, nestled in the historic Victorian Gold Fields town of Bendigo beautifully blends tourists, day visitors and its Independent living residents in a nurturing and welcoming community environment.
The Operations Manager / Park Manager is responsible for ensuring that guests and homeowners thrive in their experience of staying and living in the Park, delivering an outstanding experience for all customers.
Overseeing the Operations of the Park incorporates:
- Customer experience – first and foremost
- Sales and Service – front office operations
- Accommodation – and the support staff
- Gardens and Ground Maintenance – and appropriate staff
- Financial performance
- Staff managemen
- Asset management
The successful candidate may have a background in Accommodation management, in Hotels, Resorts or Independent Living Communities and will have developed a broad range of skills and experiences which will equip them well to excel in this broad, varied and hands-on operational management role.
An extremely attractive salary package is available including a private 3 bedroom residence, and a 76 hour fortnight.
