When they are successfully placed through Medcare by Caretakers Australia, we pay you AUD $2,000. No complex conditions, no points system, no waiting period beyond the placement completing.
How it works
Make the introduction
Tell your colleague about us. Then submit the form below with their name, role, and contact details. Or ask them to mention your name when they register.
We place them
We'll contact your referred colleague, register their details, and work to find them a suitable role. We'll let you know when a placement is confirmed.
You get paid
Once the placement completes (first day of work or shift commencement), we contact you and process the $2,000 payment. No invoice required from you.
Who qualifies
The referral must be:
- Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (VRGP)
- General Practitioner with fellowship from New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Canada, and the USA.
You can be:
- A placed clinician already working with us
- An industry contact, practice manager, or colleague
- Anyone — there's no membership requirement
No fine print
The only condition is that the referred person is successfully placed through Medcare by Caretakers Australia and commences their first shift or placement. There is no cap on how many people you can refer. Multiple successful referrals mean multiple payments.
