How We Work: From Enquiry to Placed Clinician

Tell us about the role and your setting

One call or one enquiry form. We'll ask:

• What role you need filled and when
• Your practice or facility type, size, and location
• Billing model (for GP roles), resident dependency levels (for aged care), or ward type (for hospital)
• What the last hire got right — and wrong
• Timeline: urgent fill, planned coverage, or permanent hire

This is not a tick-box intake. It's a genuine scoping conversation. It takes 15–30 minutes and it shapes everything that follows.

We source, screen, and verify

We don't post your role on a job board and wait. We work the network: our existing clinician pipeline, direct outreach, and targeted advertising where needed.

Every candidate we consider goes through:

• AHPRA registration verification (medical or nursing, as applicable)
• Medical indemnity confirmation
• Working rights check
• Reference contact — minimum two references, clinical referees only
• Background check where required (aged care)

We also have a conversation with the candidate about your specific setting before we present them to you. If they're not genuinely interested or suited, they don't make the shortlist.

You meet 2–3 qualified candidates

We present a shortlist of 2–3 candidates only, each with a written profile explaining why they fit your role and setting. You review, interview who you want to, and choose.

We facilitate the interview process and support you through offer, acceptance, and onboarding where needed.
