Mandurah, Australia’s Top Tourism Town in 2023 and home to some of WA’s best beaches, is also home to Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park where you may find your next Park Management role. The park, located in the heart of town and just 500m from the beach, caters for tourists and permanent residents and there are plans for expansion, with approval for 125 new homes.
The park is owned by a private funds management firm supporting a portfolio of caravan parks in WA and Victoria. The experienced, approachable Directors are personally involved with each property.
As the Park Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth and success of this park, including all operational activities, with a focus on providing a positive experience for tourists and residents. You’ll be well supported by experienced Assistant Managers and a team of 6 housekeeping staff.
The successful couple will have:
- Previous experience in park management
- Experience managing staff
- Office administration and operation skills
- Attention to detail ensuring new home contracts are issued correctly
- Understanding of financial drivers and the sales cycle process
- Mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Initiative and motivation
- Ability to problem solve and fix things; some trades / handyman skills would be ideal
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety
- Ability to project manage trades and sell new homes
