Rawnsley Park Station, an acclaimed tourism destination in the stunning Flinders Ranges, South Australia, has a fabulous opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Park Management Couple to oversee its diverse operations. This renowned property offers guests a variety of accommodations, a general store, a restaurant, and numerous leisure activities, providing a unique opportunity to live and work amidst mountain ranges, rich cultural heritage, and diverse wildlife.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: supervise a team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient park operations.​
  • Office and Shop Operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks, bookings using RMS9 and retail activities within the park’s shop.
  • Grounds and Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of park facilities and grounds, ensuring all areas are well-maintained, safe, and compliant.​

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in caravan park management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.​
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including proficiency in RMS9 reservation systems and financial management.​
  • Hands-on maintenance skills and a proactive approach to facility management.​
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing guest experiences.​
