Job descriptionBlairgowrie Holiday Park is entering an exciting new chapter — and they are looking for an experienced, hands-on Holiday Park Management Couple to help shape its future.

Located just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Blairgowrie is an upmarket seaside community known for calm sandy beaches, spectacular coastal walks, great cafés and restaurants, and a relaxed coastal lifestyle. About the Opportunity

Blairgowrie Holiday Park has recently changed hands and is looking to embark on a major upgrade and reposition. The Park is transitioning from a predominantly annual-site model into a modern, commercially successful Holiday Park offering quality short‑stay accommodation alongside long-term annual guests.

We are inviting experienced, commercially minded Managers to lead day‑to‑day operations and drive the Park’s transformation.

This is a hands-on operational leadership position with genuine influence over the Park’s future success.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee all daily park operations
  • Maintain high presentation standards across grounds, amenities, and accommodation
  • Implement structured maintenance programs
  • Engage and supervise trades and contractors
  • Coordinate capital improvements with owners
  • Guest Services & Administration
  • Manage reservations and pricing using Newbook
  • Deliver exceptional guest communication and check‑in experiences
  • Monitor online reputation and guest reviews
  • Complete banking, reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Annual Site Holder Management
  • Manage relationships with approx. 53 annual site holders
  • Administer agreements, renewals, compliance and fee collection
  • Enforce park rules and presentation standards
  • Oversee sale and onboarding processes for annual sites
  • Commercial Performance
  • Work toward agreed financial targets
  • Contribute to marketing and revenue growth strategies
  • Support the Park’s repositioning as a competitive Peninsula holiday destination

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in caravan or holiday park management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Solid budgeting and financial management capability
  • Experience with Newbook (highly regarded)
  • Practical maintenance and contractor management experience
  • Confidence managing long-term annual guests while growing a short‑stay business
  • Project management experience, particularly during upgrades (desirable)
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style
