Our client operates a portfolio of modern resort-like independent living communities for the over 50’s and have an exciting opportunity to manage a Community in Melbourne.

The role of Community Managers is to support the homeowners, provide an exceptional homeowner experience  and manage the day-to-day operations of the community.

As a management couple, you will both require strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills to develop rapport and support homeowners.  One of the key success factors is to create and maintain a welcoming, caring and safe community. One role focusses on Office Administration and the other on Facilities Management.

Snap-shot of the Office Administration Role:

  • Managing the day to day site operations of the community
  • Building and maintaining strong profession relationships with homeowners, subcontractors and the regional community
  • General office administration and accounts
  • Organisation of events, catering and programs for the community

Snap-shot of the Facilities Management Role:

  • Ensuring the maintenance request of homeowners are attended to and records of work undertaken are kept
  • Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the community
  • Arranging services and report of all community plant and equipment
  • Overseeing maintenance contracts
