Enjoy living and working in the heart of Victoria’s beautiful Gippsland Region! We have a great opportunity for an individual or couple to join a Family-Owned group of parks as Park Manager / Operations Manager or Management Couple.

Nestled in the heart of Gippsland, Victoria, surrounded by nature and a vibrant arts and culture scene, our client’s park is a mix of holiday accommodation and community living, offering everything from luxury cabins to powered sites, as well as a range of family-friendly activities including a high ropes course, swimming pool, jumping cushion, and more.

With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences across Victoria, their mission is simple: to create places where families and communities come together to relax, connect, and make lifelong memories.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and presentation of the park. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational oversight, and people management.

Key Responsibilities will include:

·         Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional customer service

·         Oversee Park operations including accommodation, grounds, facilities, and compliance

·         Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control

·         Drive guest satisfaction and maintain a strong online reputation

·         Collaborate with local tourism bodies and community stakeholders

·         Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met

 

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need to be a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will bring to the role a strong operational background, ideally in the Tourist Park industry, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and residents alike.

You will have:

·         Proven experience in operations or park management

·         Strong financial acumen and budget management skills

·         Excellent communication and leadership abilities

·         A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
