Operations Manager / Park Manager / Management Couple
(This position could be suitable for a capable, multi skilled individual or management couple.)
Park Lane Holiday Park is a quiet, leafy haven located in the vibrant and welcoming town of Shepparton in the heart of Victoria’s Goulburn Valley. The area is surrounded by rivers, forests and reserves and is known for its wineries and fresh produce. The park beautifully blends tourists and its Independent Living residents in a nurturing community environment.
The Operations Manager / Park Manager is responsible for ensuring that guests and homeowners thrive in their experience of staying and living in the park, delivering an outstanding experience for all customers.
Overseeing the operations of the park incorporates:
- Providing excellent customer experience
- Sales and Service – including front office operations, revenue generation ideas and talking the park up to prospective residents
- Gardens and Ground Maintenance
- Financial performance
- Staff management
- Asset management
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be passionate about process improvement, be willing to push boundaries and go the extra mile, have a good sense of humour and desire to create the “wow” factor at the park.
In return you will be supported by excellent management, a network of other managers to work with, a dedicated support team and head office support.
On offer for the successful candidate/s is an attractive remuneration based on a 76 hour fortnight, and a private 4 bedroom residence with outdoor area.
