More than just a place to stay, it’s a welcoming haven where residents feel truly at home. The current Property Manager, who has been with the park for many years, speaks fondly of the close-knit team and the genuine connections formed with residents. As they prepare to pass the torch, we’re seeking someone who shares this passion for community and excellence.

The Opportunity

This role is perfect for an experienced property professional or someone eager to step into a leadership position. You’ll oversee a 200-site park, collaborating with a dedicated and friendly team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and residents feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the residential cabin park
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, handling communications and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and comfort for all residents.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including invoicing, receipting, and budgeting.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of onsite staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a warm, organized, and proactive individual who:

  • Excels in communication and building relationships.
  • Has basic financial skills (invoicing, receipting, budgeting).
  • Is comfortable using MS Outlook, Word, and customer databases.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and initiative.
  • Has knowledge of the Newbook system (preferred).
  • Understands residential property management regulations (preferred).
  • Holds an Agent’s Representative certificate (advantageous but not essential).
