Relief Staff for Your Club

• Our relief staff can confidently manage your front office, weekends, accommodation and restaurant in your manager’s absence.
• All are thoroughly interviewed, reference checked and must provide current National Police Checks before they are engaged.
• From our extensive database, we contact the people most closely suited to your criteria and send you an overview of potential candidates. You’re welcome to speak with them before deciding, and we can help arrange this.
• Once you’ve chosen, we act as the intermediary, so you have one point of contact.
• For longer-term or regular relief, cover continues until you decide to finish. If a relief staff member needs to leave, we arrange a smooth and timely replacement.
• Relief staff are engaged through us as Independent Contractors. We manage their administration and Public Liability insurance, and monitor their performance while on the job.

Permanent Staff for Your Club

When you need a permanent manager, we look for candidates who suit your club’s culture as well as the role.

• Our extensive database of experienced candidates is our first port of call. We widen the search through advertising, social media and industry contacts to build a shortlist of the most suitable people.
• Candidates are screened by phone, online meeting and face-to-face, and referees are always contacted.
• Confidential, off-market searches are available when discretion matters, for example when replacing a manager or planning a succession.
• Once an appointment is made, we stay in touch with both you and your new staff member to make the transition smooth.
• A replacement guarantee can be built into our Business Terms and Conditions, and we offer two fee models to keep the process affordable.
