Caretakers Australia is a relief management agency covering the accommodation industry Australia-wide. Our clients represent a wide spectrum of accommodation including tourist parks, motels and serviced apartments.

We have a great team of relief professionals and would like more people to join the team.

The Job
We are looking for experienced couples and individuals who are interested in working on a temporary basis in holiday parks and motels in a variety of locations around Australia, on assignments varying in length and duties.

Prerequisites

  • skilled in managing front office including check-in/out, taking reservations, handling enquires
  • pleasant customer service focused manner in all areas of contact; face-to-face, phone and social media
  • previous experience using a reservation system (ie. RMS, Newbook, Guestpoint) and ability to monitor internet sites
  • cash handling, financial management, reporting ability
  • ability to manage staff
  • enjoyment of gardening, grounds and maintenance
  • cleaning
  • willingness to help out wherever needed
